Cancellation & Return Policy

Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, cancellations are not possible.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! However, due to the nature of our products, we have a limited return policy:

• Returns are only accepted for incorrect sizing (must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached).
• Sale items and custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Damaged or defective items: We take quality seriously. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assess the issue. Damage caused by wear, washing, or improper use does not qualify for a return.

Return Process

1. Email us at support@sundayclothes.store with your order number and reason for return.
2. If approved, you will receive return instructions.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once received, we will process the exchange.
